Simultaneous translations

Simultaneous translations

Our SHURE/DIS (Danish Interpreter System) simultaneous translation systems can cope with up to 1000 people each using their mother tongue or 32 different languages.
Each of the microphones is equipped with a DSP (Digital Sound Processing) processor, a speaker (speaker located in the base of the microphone) and a double 32 channel selector for the translated languages. On the one hand, this technology reduces Larsen effects (hissing), removes echoes and reduces parasite noises and on the other it facilitates the transmission of sound without external amplification (through the speakers). Lastly, the double channel selector enables two people to listen to translations in two different languages at the same time.

This digital technology offers great flexibility of usage through the FTP/STP cables and the highest sound quality.

The ‘President’ and ‘delegate’ posts can be either movable and visible, or fitted and adapted to the customer’s needs (bespoke finishings and colours, software development, etc.).

Different options can be added, such as electronic voting, automatic filming or photography, transmission of the meeting via internet, sound and image archiving, etc.
